Robby Gregg is the Associate Director of Equality & Diversity Partnerships. In this capacity, he identifies, develops and grows PFLAG National’s external relationships with corporate allies, positioning the organization as a top-tier provider of services and support for workplace diversity and inclusion efforts.
A nationally recognized diversity expert, Robby offers a wealth of experience in developing workplace inclusion initiatives, which increase opportunities for professionals from all segments of society, especially those with disabilities. Prior to joining PFLAG National, Robby served in corporate diversity roles for a variety of leading companies including AOL, Pro Staff and Adecco Employment Services.
Robby currently serves on a number of organizational boards and committees including the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) President’s Advisory Committee, for which he provides strategic alliance and development strategies, and guides their workforce development program Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT). As the program chair of the See Forever Foundation, he has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Maya Angelou Public Charter School in the District of Columbia. Robby also serves as the Co-Chair for the People of Color Advisory Committee for Out & Equal and as the Co-Chair for the Human Rights Campaign Diversity & Inclusion Council.
For his work in promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace and community, Robby recently received the first National Inclusion Champion Award from the Center for Inclusion at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
Robby is an accomplished motivational speaker and has served as an advisor to numerous advocacy, education, and service organizations including Maya Angelou Public Charter School, Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and Bright Beginnings, a day care center for homeless children. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
