PFLAG Rocky Mount Chapter News
January, 2012: PFLAG Rocky Mount began the year by having Linda Stroupe,Southeast Regional Director, delivered the program for the evening; the topic being the Anti-Gay, Anti-Family amendment to our NC Constitution which will be on the Republican Primary ballot this spring.
The presentation was followed with questions and answers.

PFLAG Rocky Mount will be working with PFLAG National against this legislation. It is our hope to educate and inform the public. It is important to make sure our Straight Allies are aware what it going on. There are citizens that would not normally go to vote at a primary election that do not realize what is going on. This amendment to our constitution will affect many families.
Fundraising beginning for year 2012.
